Dubarah دوبارة a group of aspiring Syrians from all backgrounds who are united under one umbrella which is to provide Syrians both employers and employees with a fully functional web portal for all their employment needs.

The founders of Dubarah.com were inspired by the unfortunate reality that there are thousands of well educated and highly skilled Syrians across the Arab world who were forced to leave their homeland in search of stability and prosperity. Our aim is to close the gap between these aspiring Syrians and employers by creating a web portal which serves as a meeting place and connector for these two entities.In a nutshell, Dubarah serves as a one stop shop for Syrians who are looking for the right career move and for employers who can have access to a database of highly skilled Syrians who fit the profile for the position that they are looking to fill.

AAMAL "NGO" With the continuous expertise and guidance of their partners and supporters, AAMAL has managed, during the past years, to develop and grow in a number of aspects. They academically sponsored 20 Speech and Language Pathologists and 20 Special Education Specialists in Autism, Hearing Impaired, and Visually Impaired. This team is considered to be the first and only team in Syria with postgraduate qualification in their respective fields.

Since it's official inauguration on September 19, 2006 with the kind blessing of H.E. Mrs. Asma Al-Assad, their Speech and Hearing Center is successfully rehabilitating over 300 patients so they could communicate and participate in their communities. They have established an Autism Center which hosts today 36 children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and an Educational Center for the Hearing Impaired hosting 28 children. AAMAL also has the audiology center; where all types of audiological evaluation is being performed.

AAMAL has serious efforts to promote community awareness, governmental advocacy, and research in the field of disability.
